Mobile Forklift Engineer

Location: Midlands
Salary: £31,000 – £36,000
Monday – Friday | 40 Hours | Day Shifts
Van + Fuel Card | Overtime at 1.5x

My client, a nationally recognized provider of forklift and materials handling solutions, is seeking a reliable and experienced Mobile Forklift Engineer to join their Midlands based service team. This is a full-time position with ongoing support, training and a clear route for progression.

Responsibilities in your new mobile forklift engineer role:

  • Service and repair forklift trucks and similar machinery
  • Perform LOLER inspections and fault diagnostics
  • Attend breakdowns and customer sites as required
  • Complete all job paperwork and ensure health and safety compliance

Requirements for your new mobile forklift engineer role:

  • Engineering experience with forklifts, plant, or heavy machinery
  • NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent
  • Full UK driving license
  • Good fault-finding and communication skills

What’s on offer in your new mobile forklift engineer role:

  • £31,000 – £36,000 salary, door-to-door travel paid
  • Overtime at time and a half
  • Fully equipped van + fuel card
  • Internal training and development
  • 25 days annual leave + bank holidays

There was an issue, however the matter has been resolved by the Operations manager Sam and the rest of the staff, including Matt. Very happy with the results. Looks like there was a lack of communication between A staff memberhowever everything has been resolved. Natalie, my first contact with the company was very lovely and professional.
