Service & Warranty Administrator – Belvedere, Greater London Up to £35,000 basic salary + OTE up to £40,000
Our client is a well-established, privately owned commercial vehicle dealership group with over 50 years of success in the road transport industry. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an experienced Service/Warranty Administrator to join their busy aftersales team in Belvedere.
The Role You will be responsible for managing all service, warranty, and finance (PFL) administration processes, ensuring full compliance with the manufacturer’s policies while maximising profitability on every repair.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing and submitting warranty and PFL claims accurately and on time
- Raising retail pro-forma invoices and credit notes
- Reconciling self-billing invoices and resolving customer credit queries (CCMs)
- Conducting warranty/PFL risk assessments
- Managing daily WIP levels (target Reviewing technician job cards for correct coding, repair times, and claim eligibility
- Submitting claims via the manufacturer’s portal (training provided if needed)
- Handling referred/rejected claims and parts label requests
- Weekly verification checks and coordination with Workshop, Parts, and Service teams
Hours Monday – Friday on a rotating shift pattern:
- 2 weeks: 07:00 – 17:00
- 1 week: 09:00 – 19:00 Plus 1 Saturday morning in 3 (08:00 – 12:00), paid as overtime or time off in lieu.
