Service Manager – Agricultural Dealership

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with strong leadership skills and a background in agricultural, plant, commercial vehicle or related service environments.

The Role

You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the service department, ensuring high levels of customer support, workshop efficiency and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support a team of service technicians and workshop staff
• Oversee workshop planning and job scheduling
• Drive departmental performance and profitability
• Ensure excellent customer service standards
• Monitor health & safety and compliance procedures
• Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations
• Support staff development, recruitment and training

About You

• Previous experience in a service management or workshop management role
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Commercially aware and results-driven
• Agricultural, plant or commercial vehicle industry experience preferred
