A well-established and respected organisation within the agricultural sector is looking to recruit an experienced Tractor Mechanic to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

What You’ll Need

Experience working on agricultural or plant machinery, including tractors, telehandlers, loading shovels, or similar equipment.
Strong fault-finding, repair, and maintenance skills across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Confidence using laptop-based diagnostics alongside traditional diagnostic methods.
NVQ qualification in Land-Based Engineering or equivalent.

Celi and Jamie have both been absolutely incredible to deal with. I applied via indeed and Celi sent me a text message asking when would be good to catch up. We had a catch up the next morning where we discussed the role and experiences.. my CV was sent to the client and an interview was organised by Jamie.
Jamie sent all the information over and then celi Called me in the morning to catch up and wish me luck for the interview..

I had the interview, it was alright.. however I felt that it wasn’t for me however Celi was great in discussing the situation and in no way was this bad on kemps side of things these things just don’t always work out!
