Job Title : Administrator
Location: Southampton
Salary: £21,000 - £23,000
Rota: Monday - Friday / 40 hour week
Contract: Full time and Permanent
An opening has become available with one of the country's leading Plant / Forklift manufacturers working as a Administrator.
The main responsibilities of the Administrator will include;
- Answering the telephone
- Updating Databases & awarding bodies systems, Processing Bookings
- Dealing with customers in a friendly, helpful and professional manner
- Monthly/weekly reports
- General Administration
- Office cover during staff holiday
- Preparing of Sales quotations/ Hire contracts/off hires/cross hires
- Finance paperwork
The successful Administrator will have the following skills;
- Good general level of education
- Computer literate: confident and proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
