Position: Administrator
Location: Bristol
Hours: 32 hours per week
Shift: Days, totally flexible over 4 or 5 days (able to work around school times)
Pay: £20,300
Contract: 12 Month FTC (Likely to go permanent)
Details of the Administrator opportunity
My client, a multi-site fleet (HGV’s) maintenance company with depots across the UK is looking to recruit an experienced Administrator for their busy depot in Bristol. Due to increased workloads they need an extra pair of hands to assist with invoicing, parts ordering and general administration within the depot. This is initially a 12 month contract but very likely to go permanent
Administrator Duties
- Processing job cards
- Ordering parts and assisting with invoicing
- Liaising with suppliers
- Handling incoming customer calls
Administrator experience required
- Previous administration experience is essential for this role
- Fully PC literate
- Automotive experience would be beneficial but not essential as full training will be given on all systems and processes.
- Experience of Kerridge would be an added bonus
