Details of the Administrator opportunity

My client, a multi-site fleet (HGV’s) maintenance company with depots across the UK is looking to recruit an experienced administrator for their busy depot in Hams Hall. Due to increased workloads they need an extra pair of hands to assist with booking in jobs, invoicing, parts ordering and general administration within the depot

Administrator Duties 

  • Processing job cards
  • Booking in vehicle maintenance
  • Ordering parts and assisting with invoicing
  • Uploading information to an internal portal

Administrator experience required 

  • Be fully PC literate with good keyboard skills
  • Have a solid background in administration and a keen eye for detail
  • Previous experience gained within the automotive sector would be desirable
  • Knowledge of Kerridge would be an added bonus but not essential as we can train you
