Details of the Administrator opportunity
My client, a multi-site fleet (HGV’s) maintenance company with depots across the UK is looking to recruit an experienced Administrator for their busy depot in Bristol. Due to increased workloads they need another administrator to assist with invoicing, parts ordering and general administrator duties within the depot. This is a part time administrator role working circa 32 hours per week (client can be flexible 28-32 hrs), totally flexible on days worked and start / finish times. Would suit someone looking for an administrator role to work around school drop off’s / pick up’s.
Administrator Duties
- Processing job cards
- Ordering parts and assisting with invoicing
- Liaising with suppliers
- Handling incoming customer calls
Administrator experience required
- Previous administrator experience is essential for this role
- Fully PC literate
- Automotive experience would be beneficial but not essential as full training will be given on all systems and processes.
- Experience of Kerridge would be an added bonus
