Rota : Monday - Friday - DAYS
Salary : £23,000
My client, a large plant / tool / vehicle hire company operating Nationwide, are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team in Wrexham with immediate effect.
The role of Customer Service Advisor in brief:
• Deal with all Hire enquiries within the given area
• Assist customers to identify solutions to fit their needs, generate sales, whilst achieving customer service satisfaction and KPI's.
• Maintain and manage strong relationships with suppliers
The ideal candidate for Customer Service Advisor:
• Good knowledge of Microsoft packages, and computer skills in general.
• You must be outgoing and enthusiastic.
