Job: Customer Service Coordinator
Hours: Monday - Friday
Money: £24,200
My client, who operate Nationwide within the Material Handling sector, are looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to join their team in Northampton with immediate effect.
The role of Customer Service Coordinator in brief:
- Deal with all incoming enquiries within the given area
- Assist customers to identify solutions to fit their needs, achieving customer service satisfaction and KPI's.
- Maintain and manage strong relationships with customers
- Onboarding registration of new customers & sending out new account forms
- Taking orders from inbound calls & emails and advising customers of pricing of products
The ideal candidate for Customer Service Coordinator:
- Previous customer service experience
- Good knowledge of Microsoft packages, and computer skills in general.
- You must be outgoing and enthusiastic.
- Confident communicator and hold a clear and polite telephone manner
- Knowledge of the Material Handling Sector (desirable)
