Position: Customer Service Supervisor
Location: Hatfield
Pay Rate: £16.00 an hour
Hours: Full Time
We are currently looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to support a leading and friendly bus operator in the Hertfordshire Area.
Responsibilities:
- Making & answering phone call and emails
- Assisting customer in needs e.g lost property, bookings and queries
- Running Social media channels in line with the business
- Taking customer complaints and funnelling to the duty manager
- Provide periodic reporting at top level of customer correspondence to management
Requirements:
- Previous Customer Service experience is ideal but not essential
- IT & Communication skills
- Ability to think on the spot and provide solutions
- Social media experience
- Experience in the automotive trade is ideal but not essential
Job Outline:
Hours: Monday to Friday with No weekends
10:00 am – 19:00 pm
Training: All Training can be provided
