Position: Fleet Administrator
Location: St Ives, Cambridgeshire
Salary: £25,000
Shift: Day shift

Job Purpose of the Fleet Administrator
The role will sit within the Fleet Management team at the Head Office supporting the team with booking in vehicle services, MOTs and general fleet administration

Main duties and responsibilities of the Fleet Administrator

  • Liaising with both Suppliers and customers over the phone and via email to get in vehicle services, MOT’s and repairs
  • Handling all compliance administration
  • Completing recharges
  • Chasing payments and updating the internal system

Experience / Knowledge required for the Fleet Administrator role
Previous experience gained in a similar role within the automotive sector (HGV’s, Vans or cars) is essential

  • Knowledge or experience within the commercial vehicle sector would be beneficial
  • Excellent and effective communication and interpersonal skills as a majority of the time is spent on the telephone
  • Must be proactive and be able to pay keen attention to the smallest of details
  • Strong IT skills – internal systems, Microsoft excel, outlook etc
