HGV Technician
Position: HGV Technician
Location: Lancaster
Rate: £21 - £23 per hour (DOE)
Hours: 7am - 7pm
Shifts: Monday - Thursday (week 1) / Wednesday - Saturday (week 2)
OTE: £45,000 - £50,000
My client, a well-established HGV Dealership is actively seeking to employ a skilled and experienced HGV Technician for their purpose built, state of the art workshop facility.
The successful HGV Technician will be required to undertake all aspects of vehicle service, maintenance and repair.
HGV Technician general duties to include;
• Vehicle Inspections
• General Servicing
• Correction / repair of vehicle defects
• Engine / Gearbox repairs & overhauls
• MOT Preparation / Presentation
• Completion of all required paperwork
The successful HGV Technician must be a fully qualified HGV Technician (City & Guilds / NVQ Level Three or equivalent). A full driving licence is a must for this role; a commercial licence (Either Class 1 or 2) would be beneficial but not essential.
