PSV Technician / HGV Technician
Position: PSV Technician
Salary: £47,000 to £55,000 per annum
Location: Reading
My client is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Technician to join their team based in Reading. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs on a range of PSV vehicles, ensuring they are safe and roadworthy for their customers.

Duties:
Conducting routine maintenance and repairs on PSV vehicles, including engine, brake, and suspension systems
Diagnosing faults and performing repairs in a timely and efficient manner
Conducting MOT tests and preparing vehicles for inspection
Ensuring compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations
Maintaining accurate records of all work carried out
Requirements:
Previous experience as a PSV / HGV Technician is essential
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in vehicle maintenance and repair
Ability to diagnose and repair a range of vehicle faults
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
