Role: Plant Depot Manager
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 - Company Vehicle / Car Allowance - Bonus
Location: Exeter
Hours: Monday to Friday
The client is a Nationwide Leading Plant, Powered Access and Tool Rental Company who are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to join their growing team in the Exeter in the area.
The depot is a successful site within the company and is currently in the process of expanding further. The client is looking to find a strong and successful manager with a proven track record of leading a team to success. They will need to be experienced within the equipment rental sector.
The Successful Depot Manager Will Be Responsible For
Guaranteeing a best-in-industry service for our customers and clients
The day-to-day smooth running of our depot operation, transport and hire
Ensuring all available for hire to maximise depot revenue
Managing absence, rotas and holidays for the Depot staff
A successful Depot Manager will have;
Previous experience in either Plant / Powered Access
A provern track record managing and developing a rental branch
A track record in a management position with a desire to lead
Knowledge of Hire software preferred
A full, valid driving licence
