Job Role: Recharge Administrator
Location: Derby
Pay: £24,000 per annum + Bonus + Benefits (34 days holiday)
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm
Shift: Days
Contract: Full time Permanent role
Recharge Administrator opportunity
My client, a well-established vehicle hire company is actively seeing to employ an experienced Recharge Administrator to based out of an office in Derby to work on a full time permanent basis. You will carry out daily processing with key responsibilities to capture all damage elements and generating clear and detailed estimates, sense checking accuracy and producing damage packs for the customers.
Recharge Administrator duties
Working as part of the Recharge team our ideal team member will have previous experience in a customer orientated role with excellent communication skills.
- Ensuring all recharges are raised and revenue opportunities are captured in a timely & accurate manner
- Review reasoning for recharge and ensuring this is captured correctly and all backup documentation required is available for the customer
- Ensuring communications between all teams and customers is documented to receive purchase orders in a timely manner and invoices are raised accurately
- Working closely with the recharge team to ensure that any technical recharges are reviewed carefully and are accurately presented to the customer
- Building customer & supplier relationships to ensure we can continue to demonstrate high customer service levels
Recharge Administrator experience required
- Strong Administration skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Have good relationship building skills
- Always willing to go the extra mile for a customer
- Workshop / technical knowledge would be beneficial
- Are AAT part / qualified or equivalent NVQ level 2 or above
