Job Role - Regional Automotive Administrator
Location - Covering Darlington, East Kilbride & Sherburn in Elmet
Salary - £30,000 + Quarterly Bonus (OTE £37,000)

Regional Automotive Administrator play a critical role in providing support to our busy Commercial Vehicle Workshops ensuring data is recorded in an accurate and timely manner.
Experience needed for this role of the Regional Automotive Administrator
- HGV Automotive background is essential
- Kerridge Experience is essential
- Parts Experience
- Service Advising Experience
- Warranty Experience
Now I know you may not have all of these skills but we would like 3 out of 5.
You will be required to cover 3 sites as and when needed, hence the benefit of a company car and fuel card. This may involve over nights but this will all be expensed via the company expense card.
Duties, Responsibilities & Person Specification for the Regional Automotive Administrator.
- Looking after departments when colleagues on holiday or sick
- Looking after parts/service/warranty and admin work.
What you’ll bring to the role as an Regional Automotive Administrator :
Organisation -the ability to handle and interpret large amounts of information and work to set deadlines.
IT knowledge – A good working knowledge of the Microsoft 365 package, you will be required to work on automotive specific technology, but we will provide all the relevant training.
Experience in balance sheets, purchase ledger and cashiering
A can-do attitude, we will provide support and guidance, but we love colleagues who believe in their own ability to succeed!
