Job Title : Service Administrator
Rota: Monday - Friday
Contract: Full time and Permanent
An opening has become available with one of the country's leading Plant manufacturers working as a Service Administrator.
The main responsibilities of the Service Administrator will include;
- Answering the telephone
- Monthly/weekly reports
- General Administration
- Office cover during staff holiday
- Preparing of Sales quotations/ Hire contracts/off hires/cross hires
- Finance paperwork
The successful Service Administrator will have the following skills;
- Good general level of education
- Computer literate: confident and proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint
