Job role: Service Scheduler
Working hours: Monday – Friday (37.5 hrs)
Salary: £22,000 - £28,000 + Bonus Scheme
My client, a well-established installation and equipment rentals specialist is actively seeking to recruit a full time Service Scheduler for their fast-paced growing team.
Responsibilities of the Service Scheduler:
PPM Contracts Management
Liaising with management, engineers’ staff, and clientele on a regular basis
Keeping the booking system updated
Quotation and pricing of parts and equipment
Careful management of an internal system
The successful Service Scheduler must possess the following skills:
Computer literate including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Customer facing experience within the commercial industry or similar.
Understanding of technical terminology
Sales experience is preferable but not essential.
