Van Mechanic
Job role: Van Mechanic
Location: Southampton
Hours: 7am-4:30pm week 1, 2pm-11:30pm week 2 & 10am-7:30pm week 3 Monday-Friday
Hourly rate: £15.00-17.00 per hour + Overtime paid at x1.5
My client, a well-established commercial vehicle repair and maintenance specialist is actively seeking to employ a Van Mechanic for their workshop based in Southampton.
Working in a team of highly skilled Van Mechanics, the successful applicant will be required to undertake all aspects of vehicle service, maintenance and repair.
Van Mechanic general duties to include:
•Vehicle Inspections
•General Servicing
•Correction / repair of vehicle defects
•MOT Preparation / Presentation
•Completion of all required paperwork
The successful Van Mechanic must be a fully qualified (City & Guilds / NVQ Level Three or equivalent).
