Kemp began its journey back in 2010, when Mark Kemp established the business. At this point, Mark had already garnered many years of experience within commercial vehicle recruitment.
Over a decade later and Kemp has grown considerably, with over 40 staff currently – and a view to doubling that next year. Quite a mean feat, considering most recruitment agencies never grow beyond ten members of staff!

In the beginning Kemp Recruitment specialised in two main areas: HGV mechanics, engineers and technicians and Bus & Coach drivers.
Since those days over a decade ago the portfolio of Kemp Recruitment has vastly expanded. We now have a dedicated specialist team of commercial vehicle professionals with expertise now covering a whole variety of niche commercial vehicle related industries and sectors.
