I have over a decade of experience in recruitment for the commercial vehicle industry. I began my career too many years ago as a consultant in industrial recruitment before going on to establish a highly successful truck & bus division within a recruitment business.
My main passions in life are motorbikes, boxing and my two young children. Unfortunately I don’t get enough time to spend with my motorbike!!
I have a fantastic team and genuinely believe all the guys want to be here and have a true passion for the business. There isn’t a day goes by that I don’t laugh out loud with some of the characters here in the office.
Prior to joining Kemp Recruitment William held a variety of Financial and General Manager positions in Manufacturing and Service industries based in the UK, Europe, USA and Singapore. He has experience of working in an Umbrella Payroll Provider and Recruitment company.
As the Financial Controller William has been brought on board to bring the Accounting and Payroll functions in house and ‘count the beans’ as the Company expands. His role will be to ensure the company can finance the ambitious expansion plans and adhere to its statutory duties.
He brings a can do attitude offering support and advice to the sales team.
Talent Acquisition & Development Manager
With 17 years of recruitment experience, Sam joined Kemp Recruitment in 2019 and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in managing large and diverse recruitment teams.
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist for Kemp Recruitment, Samantha is responsible for recruiting consultants and training each individual from grass roots through to management.
Driving continued improvement across all operational processes and ensures a high standard of delivery for all.

Jamie joined Kemp in 2013, having previously worked for one of the world’s leading manufacturers of heavy trucks and buses.
Having built a strong understanding of the Retail markets, using his technical and commercial knowledge to take a lead on recruitment in this sector.

Bus & Coach/Plant/Lifting & Access & Rail Team Manager
David manages our Bus & Coach/Plant & Rail teams here at Kemp, overseeing mandates for high volume, hard to fill and / or time sensitive positions.
David works collaboratively with a range of organisations, from dealership to manufacturers, taking time to fully understand businesses and enabling them to source the highest calibre of candidates to drive recruitment agendas.
Passionate, dedicated and adds value to the hiring process from the very beginning to the very end, by advising, challenging and adding an element of reality to what can be either very challenging skill requirements or minimal job specification briefs.

Fleet Team Manager
Paul has enjoyed a career in recruitment of more than 16 years, who sees himself as an extension of his client’s business, rather than just an external recruiter. Focused on providing an effective, tailored service to technical professionals within Fleet maintenance companies throughout the UK.

Team Leader - Plant / Lifting & Access
Charlie started at Kemp Recruitment in 2018 after previously working within the automotive industry. Charlie’s dedication and expert knowledge of Plant and Lifting & Access industries have progressed Charlie from a Consultant to Senior Consultant to Team Leader of our Plant and Lifting & Access divisions within a very short space of time.
