Hi my name is John and I am a Candidate Resourcer at Kemp Recruitment. In this role I support the Retail team with the initial sourcing and pre-screening of high quality candidates for our clients. With over 10 years’ experience in Account Management and Sales I made the jump to recruitment 3 years ago serving as a Labour Manager in the Construction industry. I appreciate the fast paced and ever changing nature of recruitment and the satisfaction that comes from finding someone their ideal job. When not at work I enjoy spending time with family, friends and watching movies. I have great difficulty operating DVD players and do not understand trains.

My name is David, I am 28 years old and from London.
I started to run the Bus & Coach department at Kemp recruitment after moving to Bournemouth with my family.
I am very enthusiastic, hardworking, punctual, articulate, well-travelled, enjoy a good night out and am a pretty funny guy.
I have been in sales for the last 7 years ranging from selling holidays to selling supercars.

I have worked in the recruitment industry for my entire career and have always worked in an engineering environment.
Initially starting as a trainee in the construction sector in 2001 with Hays to “Serve my time” I moved into the Automotive sector in 2005. Since then I have worked across a variety of verticals within the industry to include Body Shop & Accident repair, Plant, Bus and Coach and I now find myself heading up a division that specialises in supplying staff to Commercial Vehicle Rental organisation’s and non-retail workshops across the UK.
Most of my spare time is taken up keeping my seven year old daughter busy, when I do get a moment to myself I enjoy following all forms of motor sport, particularly formula one and Moto GP.

I moved to Bournemouth from Kent to study. I graduated Business Management at Bournemouth university. I liked the place, beach and people so I decided to stay. I am a recruitment consultant, I have a wealth of experience having worked in Sales, Marketing and Design. I started my recruitment career in IT recruitment. Outside of work I have a clothing business ‘Nocturnal Clothing’ and enjoy travelling, socialising and keeping fit.

I started my career working as a HGV Technician for Scania GB Ltd, I worked for Scania for five years, completing my apprenticeship and coming 2nd in the Apprentice of the Year Competition. I decided to move on from Scania to go Travelling.
On my travels I have visited Manchu Picchu in Peru, The Great wall of China and all around the Eastern side of Canada. Cycling from Vietnam to Cambodia and visiting the Angel Falls in Venezuela are next on my to-do list.
My role at Kemp Recruitment has changed a lot since starting in 2013 as a Candidate Resourcer. I have now moved on to work in the Fleet Division covering the west side of the UK & Scotland.

Hi my name is Tom, I have over 7 years’ experience in customer service ranging from optics to accident management and vehicle hire. I joined Kemp recruitment as a Candidate Resourcer and I thoroughly enjoy the role. I have previous experience in sourcing courtesy cars and find the role here similar in its satisfaction of finding people what they want.
Fun fact: Outside of work I enjoy spending time with friends and family and enjoying as many BBQ’s as possible throughout the summer. I also have my own band and love writing and playing music whenever I get the chance.

I have over a decade of experience in recruitment for the commercial vehicle industry. I began my career too many years ago as a consultant in industrial recruitment before going on to establish a highly successful truck & bus division within a recruitment business.
My main passions in life are motorbikes, boxing and my two young children. Unfortunately I don’t get enough time to spend with my motorbike!!

I am Hannah, I joined Kemp Recruitment as a candidate resourcer which I thoroughly enjoy, I am a very bubbly, outgoing & organised individual who enjoys going above and beyond the norm helping people. Before working in recruitment I achieved a Business Studies degree and worked for 8 years in the insurance industry.
I have developed strong communication skills along the way, I can stay focused and remain calm whilst working under pressure.
In my free time I enjoy fitness and socialising with my friends, I have travelled all around Australia, Asia, America and skied most of the European countries. I am adventurous and enjoy being outdoors and meeting new people every day.

I have been working in recruitment for nearly 3 years and joined Kemp Recruitment as a candidate consultant. I enjoy the fast pace of finding candidates a new challenge, can’t leave out how much I enjoy the banter in the office. I spent 18 months in USA coaching football or as they call it soccer when I was a lot younger. Outside of work I like to spend time with family and friends, I like to stay fit by playing football, although it’s probably time to hang my boots up.
I am new to the recruitment world but have always worked in an office environment. It’s a great team to be a part and there is never a quiet moment. Outside of work I am a Wife and mum of two which keeps me busy. I enjoy spending time with family and friends and I especially like watching the F1. I also love health and fitness so train regularly.

I have worked in recruitment for the last 4 years placing candidates in a wide range of Sectors including Transport, Logistics, Engineering, Security and Aviation. Prior to this I spent 11 years in the Royal Corps of Signals and the remainder of my time as a telecoms engineer. I enjoy working with candidates and clients alike and helping place the right person in the right role.
Living in the New Forest with my partner and our children I enjoy travel having spent time in the Middle East, Europe, US and South Atlantic. In the last few years I have developed a keen interest in sailing and hope to gain my RYA accreditation in the next few years. To relax I like walking my dogs across the Forest and enjoying time with family and friends.
Interesting Fact: I will be visiting Mexico shortly and hope to spend some time in a shark cage (although my partner isn’t too keen on the idea)!
