I've just moved jobs with the help of kemp recruitment, this was my first experience of using a recruitment agency so I didn't really know what to expect id heard stories of other people's experiences with various recruiters so i will admit i was wary. There was an issue, however the matter has been resolved by the Operations manager Sam and the rest of the staff, including Matt. Very happy with the results. Looks like there was a lack of communication between A staff memberhowever everything has been resolved. Natalie, my first contact with the company was very lovely and professional. The operations manager has been really lovely and professional with me.
