The role of an Experienced Recruitment Consultant:
We’re looking for driven, ambitious recruiters who want to take their career to the next level.

As a Recruitment Consultant at Kemp, you’ll have the autonomy to own your desk, develop client relationships, and place top talent across the commercial vehicle industry – all while enjoying genuine earning potential, uncapped commission, and a clear route into management (if that’s something you’re after).

What we can offer you as an Experienced Recruitment Consultant:

• Industry‑leading commission structure – no threshold for your first 3 months, no limits.
• Quarterly bonuses up to £3,500 on top of monthly commission.
• Company car or car allowance. 
• Early Friday finishes (1pm) – every week, NO targets attached and NO longer hours during the week. 
• 25 days holiday (plus the option to buy more).

What are we looking for in an Experience Recruitment Consultant: 

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant (any sector considered).
• A track record of billing success and building lasting client relationships.
• A self‑motivated, driven attitude – someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, results‑oriented environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills – and the confidence to influence at all levels.
