Salary: £19 – £21 + Enhanced Overtime

Your New Company

Our client, a well-established and family-run agricultural dealership, is expanding its team and seeking a skilled Construction Technician to join their Maldon branch. With a strong focus on quality service and long-standing client relationships, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a supportive environment.

Your Role:

Diagnose and repair construction and agricultural machinery, both in the workshop and on customer sites.
Offer expert advice on machine performance and available services.
Participate in ongoing manufacturer training to develop your technical knowledge.
Maintain clear service records and deliver outstanding customer service.

To Be Successful, You’ll Need:

Experience working with agricultural, turf, or construction machinery (training available for the right candidate).
Confidence in using diagnostic tools and performing repairs efficiently.
A full UK driving licence (required for operating company vehicles and machinery).
A professional attitude and a customer-focused approach.
