HGV Mechanic – Trafford Park Job Title: HGV Mechanic

Location: Trafford Park

Shift: 4 on, 4 off

Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Hourly Rate: £20 per hour

OTE: £50,000

The Opportunity A leading commercial vehicle dealership is looking for an experienced HGV Mechanic to join their team at a state-of-the-art depot in Trafford Park.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a well-equipped, professional workshop with industry-leading training, real career progression, and excellent earning potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out all levels of maintenance, repairs, and major overhauls on HGVs
Perform diagnostics, fault analysis, and standard servicing
Ensure all work is completed to manufacturer and industry standards
Work efficiently in a busy workshop environment

Requirements & Benefits:

City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Mechanics, Maintenance & Repair or equivalent
Experience working as an HGV Mechanic in a fleet or dealership environment
Class 1 (C+E) licence is beneficial but not essential
Industry-leading training and career progression opportunities
Excellent earning potential
