About the Company

Join a reputable HGV Fleet Maintenance company known for their high standards, regular training, and clear career progression paths, they are seeking an experience Workshop Manager to support their growing success.

The Workshop Manager role primarily focuses on:

Health, Safety and Environmental responsibility
Ensure a comprehensive hand over and coordination across shifts.
You’ll have the responsibility of supporting, advising and managing a team of engineers and support staff
Ensure smooth running of the workshop

The successful Workshop Manager must have the following skills and experience:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong Engineering background
Knowledge of employment, safety, and Environmental legislation.
A professional qualification would be desirable or equivalent company recognised qualification.

The role will require the successful candidate to attend regular face to face review meetings, so a professional manner, can-do attitude and good communication skills are a must.

Celi and Jamie have both been absolutely incredible to deal with. I applied via indeed and Celi sent me a text message asking when would be good to catch up. We had a catch up the next morning where we discussed the role and experiences.. my CV was sent to the client and an interview was organised by Jamie.
Jamie sent all the information over and then celi Called me in the morning to catch up and wish me luck for the interview..

I had the interview, it was alright.. however I felt that it wasn’t for me however Celi was great in discussing the situation and in no way was this bad on kemps side of things these things just don’t always work out!

Received a call from David Wallace with a job opportunity in my area after previously speaking with the agency about work.
After a quick chat he set up an interview with the employer and five days from the initial call I was offered the job.
The whole process was very easy and not drawn out over many weeks as is the norm when applying for jobs.
