Job Title: Mower Service Associate
Location: Colchester
Salary: £14 – £15
Hours: 40 hours per week, 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday

Job Role:
My client is looking for a Mower Service Associate, to supporting the demonstrate, install and service of the cutting-edge turf equipment. Reporting to the Branch & Sales Manager, you’ll work hands-on with both wireless and wired robotic mowers, collaborating closely with the manufacturer and their Groundcare Sales team.

What You’ll Do

Demonstrate, install, and commission robotic mowers
Diagnose and repair faults (warranty, chargeable, or internal work)
Maintain and service customer machinery
Liaise with customers, suppliers, and sales managers
Promote the company and products professionally
Attend training to stay up to date with product tech and compliance

What You’ll Need

Technical experience with Automowers or horticultural machinery preferred
Strong mechanical and fault-finding skills
Confident using computers and smart technology
Self-motivated and capable of working independently or in a team
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Full UK driving licence required
