You’ll work with premium refinishing systems in a state-of-the-art facility, delivering flawless paintwork and enjoying exceptional earning potential. What You’ll Be Doing

Paint Preparation & Application: Execute meticulous preparation and apply water-based paint systems to a range of vehicles
Colour Matching: Achieve perfect colour matches using spectrophotometer technology and expert knowledge of paint systems
Method Compliance: Strictly adhere to manufacturer repair methods and refinishing guidelines
Efficiency & Quality: Work to demanding quality and time targets in a high-volume environment
Workshop Standards: Maintain your work area to industry-leading cleanliness and safety standards

What You’ll Need

Experience: Proven track record in high-volume vehicle painting, with strong attention to detail and finish quality
Technical Skill: Expertise in water-based paint systems and advanced colour-matching techniques
Work Ethic: Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining exceptional standards
Team Player: Strong communication skills and willingness to collaborate in a busy workshop environment
