Job Title: Parts Advisor
Location: Ripon
Salary: £12 -13.50 per hour + Overtime
(Approx. £28,000 per annum based on a 40-hour week)
Hours: Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Saturday Rota: 8:00am – 12:30pm (on rotation)

Join a Leading Agricultural Machinery Dealer Are you an organised and customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering excellent service? My Client is seeking a proactive Parts Advisor to join their busy team. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a well-established dealership and represent industry-leading brands.

Your Role: As a Parts Advisor, you’ll play a vital role in supporting both customers and internal teams. Responsibilities include:

Promoting and selling parts and related services to retail and trade customers
Supporting marketing initiatives, assisting with displays and seasonal promotions
Assisting with inventory control, stock ordering, invoicing, and general admin tasks
Maintaining a clean and organised parts department

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a parts, retail, or customer service environment (agricultural or mechanical background beneficial but not essential)
Strong attention to detail and administrative skills
A positive, professional attitude with excellent communication skills
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team

What You’ll Get in Return:
