Role: Mobile Loading Bay and Industrial Door Installation Engineer
Location: Nationwide
Salary: £31,200 – £39,520 + Door-to-Door Pay + £90/night stay-away bonus
Hours: Monday – Friday (42.5hrs/week)
Overtime: Paid at 1.5x standard rate
Travel: Up to 3 nights away per week

My client, a specialist industrial door engineering company, is looking to recruit an experienced Mobile Loading Bay and Industrial Door Installation Engineer to join their national installation team. This is a full-time, field-based role working across multiple sites to install high-spec loading bay systems.

What you’ll be doing in your new Mobile Loading Bay and Industrial Door Installation Engineer role:

  • Installing loading bay equipment, including dock levellers, dock pods, shelters, and industrial doors
  • Ensuring all work is completed in line with safety guidelines and client expectations
  • Representing a respected brand professionally on customer sites
  • Working on diverse projects across the UK, with stay-aways required up to 3 nights per week

The successful Mobile Loading Bay and Industrial Door Installation Engineer will have:

  • Proven experience installing loading bay or industrial door systems
  • Mechanical engineering and welding skills
  • Competent electrical understanding
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Excellent communication and customer service approach
  • Full UK driving licence
