Job Title: Lifting Engineer
Salary: £30,000 – £40,000
Overtime paid at 1.5

About Your New Company
My client is a leading provider of lifting and safety equipment hire and services across the UK. With a strong reputation for reliability, compliance, and exceptional service, they are seeking a Lifting Engineer to join their growing team.

About Your New Lifting Engineer Role

  • Diagnose faults and repair/maintain a range of lifting equipment, from shackles and slings to material lifts and aluminium gantries
  • Inspect, check, and tag equipment in accordance with LOLER and company standards
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date service records and documentation
  • Ensure completion of all test certificates and associated paperwork
  • Work in line with customer Health & Safety rules when on site

Requirements for the Lifting Engineer Role

  • Mechanical fitting experience with a relevant qualification or time-served background
  • LEEA and LOLER certifications are highly desirable
  • Valid UK driving licence
