Job Title: Fettler
Location: Dorking, Surrey
Pay: £26,000 to £27,950
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, alternating weekly

Join a Leading Engineering Team!
We are currently seeking a skilled Fettler to join our clients production team based in Dorking. This is a permanent opportunity to become part of a well-established and forward-thinking organisation.

What You’ll Be Doing:
· Preparing metal parts and surfaces by grinding, smoothing, and cleaning
· Using hand tools and machinery to remove sharp edges, burrs, and excess weld
· Ensuring a high-quality finish on all components ready for assembly or painting
· Working to safety standards and production deadlines
· Supporting the fabrication team as required

What We’re Looking For:
· Experience in fettling, grinding, or metal finishing (preferred)
· Ability to work effectively with hand and power tools
· Good attention to detail and strong health & safety awareness
· Willingness to work alternating shifts and contribute to a team environment

I have dealt with a few agencies in my career working offshore and I have been left in dark no calls back and chasing them up for updates, but I can say this is this agency you should use and the two ladies that help me through the process have been outstanding, Chloe and Georgia have been absolutely on the ball with everything and calling back when they have information about the role/job or even if they haven’t heard something they give you a call to update you and say there working on it for you, it’s made things very easy, they are super professional and very good at what they do.
