Job Summary
Salary: £50,000 – £51,000 + Car + Bonus 
 
We’re partnering with a nationally recognised pump company to recruit a proactive Project Supervisor to oversee the delivery of pump hire projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking, fast-paced company in a pivotal operational role.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise the setup, installation, maintenance, and decommissioning of diesel pump systems on customer sites
  • Coordinate site teams and subcontractors, ensuring project milestones and deadlines are met
  • Maintain strong client relationships and communicate project progress clearly
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental procedures
  • Complete site paperwork, reports, and job documentation accurately
  • Assist the Project Manager in planning resources and logistics

Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar supervisory role within pump hire, utilities, or plant operations
  • Good understanding of diesel pump systems and temporary fluid movement
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
  • CSCS card required (Black Managers Card)
  • SSSTS/SMSTS certification
  • Full UK driving licence is essential
