Welder – Atworth

Pay: £15.60 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week
Shift: Mon-Thu: 7:00am – 5:30pm | Fri: 7:00am – 2:30pm
Overtime: Available at enhanced rate
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

Earning Potential (OTE)
Basic (no overtime) = £36,504 per year
With regular overtime = £40,000+ OTE

Must have proven experience with MIG and TIG welding processes.

Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Welder to join our manufacturing team in Atworth. This role offers stable daytime hours with overtime opportunities, perfect for a skilled welder who takes pride in producing quality work.

Key Responsibilities

Weld mild steel, stainless steel and alloys using MIG and TIG processes
Measure, cut and finish welded components to high standards
Maintain tools and workstations to ensure safety and efficiency
Work independently to meet production timelines and quality standards
Follow all health and safety procedures and quality controls

What You’ll Need

Proven experience with MIG and TIG welding (essential)
Your own welding tools
Coded Welder qualification (preferred but not essential)
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
Commitment to health and safety standards

What’s On Offer

£15.60 per hour with enhanced overtime rates
OTE up to £40,000+ per year with regular overtime
Monday to Friday early finish on Fridays
