Ecommerce Manager – Marketing & Sales
Location: Bampton
Salary: £35K + Performance Bonus
My client a leading machinery dealership, is looking for an Ecommerce Manager to join their team. We’re looking for a proactive, detail-oriented individual to lead the growth of our online sales and ensure a seamless digital customer experience.

Key Responsibilities of the Ecommerce Manager:

Manage and maintain product listings and content on their WooCommerce site
Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns (Google, email, social media)
Handle customer enquiries, returns, and logistics with courier partners
Monitor website performance, improve SEO, and enhance the user journey
Create and manage visual content using design tools such as Photoshop
Track ecommerce performance and report insights to leadership

As a Ecommerce Manager we’re looking for:

Proven experience with WordPress/WooCommerce
Strong digital marketing and content management skills
Confident communicator with excellent organisational abilities
Comfortable balancing technical, creative, and customer-facing tasks
Desirable: Ecommerce or retail experience in the agricultural or horticultural sectors
