Refrigeration Installation Engineer
Location: Gloucester
Salary: Up to £42,000 per year OTE
Hours: 45 hours per week – 08:00 to 17:30, Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent

Overview
Looking for an experienced Refrigeration Installation Engineer to join a top-rated commercial vehicle dealership known for investing in its people and culture. You’ll be part of a skilled technical team committed to quality and ongoing development, with access to training and career progression.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out refrigeration installations on commercial vehicles
  • Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance
  • Maintain workshop inventory and keep the area clean and safe
  • Collaborate with repair teams to diagnose and plan vehicle repairs
  • Keep accurate vehicle repair records using workshop management systems

What You’ll Need

  • Previous experience as a Refrigeration Installation Engineer
  • Qualification in F-Gas & ODS Regulations (Category 1 & 2) – City & Guilds (2079-11)
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure safety and quality
  • Resilience and motivation to deliver excellent individual and team results
  • Good time management skills to meet customer demands efficiently
