Service Engineer

Salary: £39,500 – £43,000

Benefits: Van + Fuel Card + Overtime paid at increased rates

Looking for a role where you can really get stuck in? Our client, a plant main dealer, is on the lookout for a Plant Fitter who’s confident on the tools, thrives in a hands-on role, and takes pride in doing the job right.

What you’ll be doing in your new Service Engineer role:

Carrying out servicing and minor repairs on plant machinery
Getting hands-on with fault diagnostics and mechanical troubleshooting
Working independently with your own van, kit, and support from base

What you’ll bring to your new Service Engineer role:

Solid experience with plant or construction equipment
A full UK Driving Licence
An NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plant Maintenance would be ideal but not essential

What you’ll get as part of your new Service Engineer role:

Company van, fuel card, laptop, and phone
Paid travel and overtime at higher rates
Loads of progression and skills training

Celi and Jamie have both been absolutely incredible to deal with. I applied via indeed and Celi sent me a text message asking when would be good to catch up. We had a catch up the next morning where we discussed the role and experiences.. my CV was sent to the client and an interview was organised by Jamie.
Jamie sent all the information over and then celi Called me in the morning to catch up and wish me luck for the interview..

I had the interview, it was alright.. however I felt that it wasn’t for me however Celi was great in discussing the situation and in no way was this bad on kemps side of things these things just don’t always work out!

Only took a week to get a new job in a new career.
