Location: Kent(South East)
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000+ Uncapped Bonus + Company Car or Car Allowance
Hours: Monday – Friday

About the Company
Join the largest plant hire company in the UK, known for its unbeatable range of equipment, exceptional service, and nationwide network. We’re looking for a driven Regional Key Accounts Manager to grow our presence across the South East by building strong relationships and securing plant hire contracts.
The Role
Reporting to the National Territory Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and expanding key accounts while actively developing new business opportunities. Your mission: maximise plant hire revenue in your region through a consultative, relationship-led approach.
Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve annual targets for plant hire revenue
  • Proactively generate leads and convert them into long-term customers
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximise profitability
  • Manage your portfolio in line with company strategy and market demand
  • Build strong relationships with clients across construction, infrastructure, and industrial sectors
  • Ensure exceptional customer service from first contact to project completion
  • Work closely with internal teams to improve service and delivery processes

About You

  • Experience in plant hire or construction equipment sales is a MUST!
  • Highly motivated, commercially minded, and results-focused
  • Skilled at building relationships and winning new business
  • IT literate with excellent communication skills
  • Proven track record in sales and account management
