Job Role: Engineering Manager
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum 
Location: Torquay 

A great opportunity has for an Engineering Manager has come up for a client of mine in the Torquay area.

My client, a large transport company with a sizable depot are looking to recruit an Engineering Manager on a fulltime basis.

Applicants must have a proven track record of fleet engineering management, have Bus & Coach/HGV experience and preferably recognised by the Engineering Council.

Our Engineering Manager will have to be able to cope with the day to day pressures that the role brings, be able to deliver and exceed high standards of customer service, manager and motivate a technical team, ensure company standards are adhered to and improvements identified in all aspects of the engineering facility, ensure all engineering KPIs/financial budgets are delivered, programme and oversee preventative maintenance and comply and adhere to standards with regards to Health, Safety and environment and quality engineering systems.

Possession of excellent communication skills and experience of effective team management also required.

There was an issue, however the matter has been resolved by the Operations manager Sam and the rest of the staff, including Matt. Very happy with the results. Looks like there was a lack of communication between A staff memberhowever everything has been resolved. Natalie, my first contact with the company was very lovely and professional.
