Job Title: Embroiderer / Heat Transfer Press Operator
Location: Weybridge
Pay: £12.21 – £14.00 Dependant on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday Days

We’re looking for a skilled Embroiderer / Heat Transfer Press Operator to join our growing team! If you have a keen eye for detail, experience with embroidery machinery, and are comfortable operating heat press equipment, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities of the Embroiderer / Heat Transfer Press Operator:

  • Operate embroidery machines to add company logos and designs to workwear and various garments.
  • Set up, adjust, and monitor machines for different materials and stitch types.
  • Operate heat transfer press machinery for garment decoration.
  • Perform regular quality checks to ensure high standards are maintained.
  • Troubleshoot and carry out basic maintenance on machinery as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace.

What we are looking for in our Embroiderer / Heat Transfer Press Operator:

  • Proven experience operating embroidery machines and heat press equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple work orders.
  • Familiarity with different embroidery techniques and stitch types.
  • Good communication skills and a proactive, team-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and take pride in producing high-quality work.
