Workshop Controller – HGV Dealership (Maidstone)
OTE: £51,000 | £45,000 basic + bonus

We’re recruiting a Workshop Controller for a leading HGV dealership in Maidstone. This is a hands-on leadership role, managing workshop operations and ensuring technicians deliver quality, efficiency, and great customer service.

What you’ll get:

  • £45,000 basic + bonus (OTE c. £51,000)
  • 31 days’ holiday (rising to 33)

The role:

  • Lead and motivate a team of technicians
  • Allocate jobs to maximise efficiency and productivity
  • Monitor workshop performance and drive KPIs
  • Handle customer and supplier queries professionally
  • Ensure Health & Safety and quality standards are met

About you:

  • HGV or PSV workshop experience
  • Strong technical knowledge of heavy vehicles
  • Previous leadership/supervisory experience
  • Organised, detail-focused, with good IT skills
