Site Supervisor
Hours: Monday to Friday Days
£39000
My client, a leading Pump company are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join the team. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for supervising MRF operations, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining high standards in production environments.
Responsibilities:
· Ensure machinery operates safely and efficiently
· Supervise and manage staff to maintain high standards
· Coordinate with the Manager on staffing and operational issues
· Oversee a team of people who install pumps
· Keep accurate records of maintenance and inventory
· Oversee loading and unloading of materials
· Enforce safety protocols for all staff
· Suggest improvements for operational efficiency
· Secure the facility and manage stock safety
Skills and Attributes
· Experience of being hands on in an engineering role
· Proven record in managing staff and ensuring efficient operations
· Ability to conduct machinery inspections and schedule maintenance
· SSSMTS or Equivalent
