Job Title: Depot Manager
Salary: £73,000-£75000
Hours:  Monday to Friday
About your new company:
A successful  Hire Company is seeking an experienced Depot Manager to join their growing team.
About your new Depot Manager :

  • Guaranteeing a best-in-industry service for customers and clients
  • The day-to-day smooth running service operation
  • Managing absence, rotas, and holidays for the Depot Service staff
  • Understanding and managing customers’ expectations whilst delivering excellent customer service.
  • Checking and processing information from engineers to process repairs to payment via warranty systems and external invoicing.

What you’ll need to succeed in the Depot Manager role;

  • A proven track record in hire, construction, or a related industry.
  • Ideally have a background as Depot Manager on Plant, Powered Access, Forklifts, agriculture, or construction machinery
  • A proven track record of guiding a team
  • A full, valid driving licence
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure is essential.

I've just moved jobs with the help of kemp recruitment, this was my first experience of using a recruitment agency so I didn't really know what to expect id heard stories of other people's experiences with various recruiters so i will admit i was wary.
