Plumber/Bathroom Fitter – £40,000+ per annum DOE Location: Brighton or Crawley (reporting to nearest Metrobus depot)
Contract: 12-Month FTC or Full-Time Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 06:00–14:00 (flexible)
Benefits: Van & Fuel Provided

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Plumber/Bathroom Fitter to join the Metrobus maintenance team, working across the Brighton and Crawley depots. This role involves the complete strip-out and refit of all Metrobus toilet systems, ensuring a high-quality, durable finish across the depots.

You’ll take ownership of the project, managing installations from start to finish with all materials provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out full strip and refit of toilet units within the Metrobus depots
  • Work independently to complete installations to a professional standard
  • Ensure all plumbing work complies with health and safety regulations
  • Liaise with depot teams to coordinate access and scheduling
  • Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organisation in your work area

Requirements

  • Proven experience in plumbing and bathroom fitting
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards
  • Full UK driving licence (van and fuel provided)
  • Ability to work independently and manage own workload
  • No gas qualifications required
