Description

Your Duties as a LGV Technician:

Maintain and repair fleet vehicles, mechanical handling equipment, generator trailers, and other fleet trailers.
Source and purchase vehicle parts, working with the Parts Manager to control costs.
Attend vehicle breakdowns and provide out-of-hours cover as part of the callout rota.
Record all maintenance work and schedule servicing in line with Operator Licence requirements, liaising with the hire department.
Deliver and collect generators and ancillary equipment using company vehicles, including refuelling when required.
Support general yard operations, including loading, offloading, and maintaining tidy work areas and vehicles.
