Multiskilled Bodyshop Technician – Grantham
£47,500 p/a | Monday–Friday | Permanent

Are you a versatile bodyshop technician with experience across Panel, Paint, and MET? A leading accident repair group in Grantham is looking for a skilled Multiskilled Technician to join their busy workshop.

What You’ll Do:

Repair panels, spray paint, and handle mechanical/electrical trim work
Follow Thatcham and insurance-led repair methods
Deliver high-quality work on time
Keep job cards and quality checks accurate
Work closely with your team to maintain smooth workshop operations

What You’ll Need:

Proven experience as a multiskilled bodyshop technician
Confidence across panel, paint, and MET work
Understanding of repair processes and industry methods
Full UK driving licence
ATA qualifications a bonus, but not essential
