Job Title: Transport Planner
Salary: £30,000 – £36,000
Hours: Monday to Friday
About your new company:

A well-established Plant Company based in London who puts its employees as their number one asset is seeking a Transport Planner. As the Transport Planner you will be required to coordinate the company’s fleet of vehicles and drivers.

About your new Transport Planner role:

  • Manage the existing transport team in relation to disciplinaries, performance reviews, and staff development
  • Route plan for multiple vehicles and ensure Drivers have correct paperwork to complete their duties.
  • Supervise and manage the drivers’ workloads in compliance to all aspects of UK law
  • Investigate root causes of service failures

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Previous experience as a Transport Planner ideally with plant hire
  • Good problem solving and people management skills
  • A valid CPC would be beneficial

There was an issue, however the matter has been resolved by the Operations manager Sam and the rest of the staff, including Matt. Very happy with the results. Looks like there was a lack of communication between A staff memberhowever everything has been resolved. Natalie, my first contact with the company was very lovely and professional.
