Multi Skilled Bodyshop Technician – Plymouth

Pay: Up to £22.00 per hour + Uncapped Bonus
Hours: Full-Time
Contract: Permanent

Earning Potential (OTE)
Basic (40 hours) = £45,760 per year
With uncapped bonus = £50,000+ OTE

Must be qualified/time-served in all bodyshop repair disciplines (Panel Beating, Paint Spraying & MET).

Overview
We’re looking for a Multi Skilled Bodyshop Technician to join the UK’s largest repair group in Plymouth. This role offers excellent earning potential with an uncapped bonus scheme and comprehensive benefits package in a state-of-the-art workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out panel beating, paint spraying and MET work to high standards
Use Thatcham Methods and insurance bodyshop techniques
Ensure quality repairs and customer satisfaction
Maintain workshop standards and health & safety compliance

What You’ll Need

Qualified/time-served in all bodyshop disciplines
Experience with Thatcham Methods and insurance repair techniques
Full UK/EU driving licence
Quality-focused approach with attention to detail
