Job Title: Service Manager
Location: Sheffield Park
Salary: From £40,000
Hours: 40 per week

We’re looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead a busy mobile and workshop service team. You’ll ensure smooth operations, deliver excellent customer service, and drive business growth while maintaining technical standards.

What You’ll Do:

Lead and motivate the service team, overseeing daily operations and groundcare upkeep.
Resolve technical issues and act as the main contact for customers.
Support apprentice development and ongoing team training.
Manage budgets, monitor efficiency, and identify growth opportunities.

Skills & Experience:

Leadership and team management
Technical knowledge of engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Commercial awareness and ability to multitask
